About Us

Welcome to Hot Rod Hill RV Park, where the love of RV life meets the charm of Hot Springs, AR, affectionately known as The Spa City. Created by RV enthusiasts for RV enthusiasts, our brand-new, hot rod-inspired RV park offers 11 exclusive back-in lots, each providing a breathtaking view of the majestic mountains enveloping Hot Springs and a perfect vantage point for stargazing. Our pads are thoughtfully designed, featuring level concrete measuring 22×70 feet, along with essential amenities including water, sewer, fire pits, picnic tables, and WiFi.

As an all back-in-site park, we prioritize your security with gated and coded entry and exit. We’ve also catered to our furry friends with a dedicated dog park and provided a short 1/10-mile walking trail for your leisurely strolls. Amidst this peaceful setting, you’ll find a charming pergola for relaxation and a convenient dump station on the exit road.

Located just off Exit 2 of the MLK Expressway, Hot Rod Hill RV Park rests on the southwest corner of this intersection, atop the hill, offering easy access to all that Hot Springs has to offer.

Hot Rod Hill RV park offers fire pits as each site, as well as a picnic table. In the common areas are a dog park, short walking trail and a pergola that can be used by the park guests.

Each RV site is 22 X 70 level concrete. Each includes 50/30/20 Amp hookups, water, sewer, fire pit, picnic table, WiFi.

Beautiful spaces, nice trees, little laundry facility, very handy, wonderful neighbors, clean safe park. Very quiet here. More of an adult park as there isn't anything for little ones to do. Really like the park it's perfect for our 32foot travel trailer. Awesome manager, overall a gem we called home for a couple of months.

Quiet, peaceful RV park surrounded by tall trees & with a variety of birds singing. Full hookups. Sites are gravel which are large enough to accommodate our 38 ft Class A motorhome plus our tow vehicle. We stayed for a week while visiting our daughter & really enjoyed our stay. Triangle RV Park is conveniently located with stores & restaurants close by. The park is dog/pet friendly. We really appreciated the dog stations which were always stocked with waste bags. The park is very clean as is the laundry room. We were comfortable & felt safe. We will definitely be back next time that we are in Durham.

Great RV Park. We stayed for medical services at Duke. Very clean and quiet. Reasonable rates. Caretakers keep laudry area clean and decorated for all holidays. Which I loved and appreciated. Very close to hospital and there is shopping any way you go. Great parks with walking trails. Will definitely stay there with any long stays.

We needed a place where we could be close to Duke Children’s Hospital. Twelve-year-old grandson having heart surgery. What we found was an oasis of kindness and understanding during one of the most stressful times in our lives. Everything turned out great at Duke, and we found a place just near the city that easily accommodated our Class A rig with car. Best advice, fill out the registration online and tell them when and why. They were most helpful and understanding. Very quiet and respectful. A very rare find in a convenient location for medical, groceries, restaurants and I-40. We are thankful.
